Trisha Lacey, MPAS, PA-C
Physician Assistant to:
Kamil Erfanian, MD

Trisha was born and raised in a small town in Nebraska. She attended Shelton High School, where she participated in volleyball, basketball, and track. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from Doane College, a small liberal arts school in Nebraska, where she played volleyball and ran track. She then attended the University of Colorado, Denver, where she received her master's degree in physician assistant studies.

After graduating, she began her career in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, at Regional West Medical Center, where she practiced for a hospital-based orthopedic group focusing on general orthopedics and orthopedic trauma. After six years of practice in Nebraska, she relocated to Bakersfield to work with Dr. Kamil Erfanian at Southern California Orthopedic Institute. Together, their focus is on treating common and complicated hand and wrist injuries, including fractures, dislocations, tendon and nerve injuries, and many other injuries to the hand and wrist. As a physician assistant, Trisha assists Dr. Erfanian in performing clinic exams, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies, and forming diagnoses and treatment plans. Their goal together is to manage your condition or injury with the most appropriate care to get you back to the activities you love.
