“After seeking a 2nd opinion, I met with Dr. Jaime Hernandez and chose to have him do my hip replacement surgery done by him through SCOI. It was all a very positive experience as all went smoothly which I was glad about as it was the first surgery I had ever had except for my tonsillitis at age 9. At age 79 it was the last thing I was interested in dealing with. But it was a necessity. I went with Option One Home Health Care team coming to my home and they continued my home care which was excellent and the Home Health Loop e-mail system SCOI had in place was wonderful. It gave me an opportunity to ask even the most menial question during my healing process and what was happening. And I always got a prompt, thorough answer back as soon as possible. Even in as little as 2 minutes.
