Christie is from Sunnyvale, California, and obtained dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Economics from UC Santa Barbara.

Christie worked for four years as a CPA in a public accounting firm and then decided to change direction. She completed her master's in physical therapy at UC San Francisco/San Francisco State and started her career in a field where she could help people heal and teach them the skills they needed to recover.

Christie has been a practicing physical therapist for over twenty years and has been with Southern California Orthopedic Institute for eleven. During her career, Christie has primarily worked as an outpatient orthopedic therapist with patients ranging between the ages of 3 months to 96 years.

Christie, her husband, and three children love to travel and frequently drive to Mammoth so they can ski and hike.

Christie is available to see patients at the Center for Rehabilitation Medicine – Valencia office.
