  • “Dr. Snyder had a conservative approach which I appreciated. No other doctor actually viewed all the layers of my MRI with me, explaining the anomalies he spotted that were worthy of note. There were always new faces he was training at every step of the way which seems like a very good practice. It is about 3 and 1/2 years since my right shoulder surgery and I am thrilled with the results. – Lisa L. ”

  • “Dr. Snyder and his team repaired my badly trashed shoulder using debridement, screws, and cadaver-skin envelopes as a base matrix for my stem cells to re-grow torn and shredded tendons. Within 3 to 6 months the re-growth equaled what was expected in one year. Strength is near 100% and mobility is about 80% to 90%. There is no pain in normal activity; only when attempting a couple of positions. Not bad for a 71 year old (now 73).”

  • “I found Dr. Snyder through a google search for surgical repairs for retracted supraspinadas tendons. I was told by another surgeon that I should learn to live with my injury. He misread my MRI and told me That I had detached my tendon and that it was not repairable. That it looked like an old injury because the tendon was retracted half way up my shoulder. I knew this was wrong because I had just injured it.  After reading about Dr. Snyder online, I knew he could help me. I made an appointment to see him and brought my MRI. He read the MRI and told me I had severed the tendon. I asked if he could repair it. He said he could. I dropped the other surgeon and scheduled surgery with Dr. Snyder on 3/24/2015. My entire experience with Dr. Snyder and SCOI was fantastic. My surgery was a complete success. My recovery was miraculous and everyone at SCOI was very professional. Thank you.”
