To a dear gentleman wonderful and bright
Doctor Jaivin is his name
And orthopedic surgery is his fame
He is a gentleman one of a kind
A better doctor than you no one can find
You are helping people all the time
That's why for you this poem I rhyme
You treat everyone with lots of love
You should be blessed by the Lord above
You all can be sure
With Doctor Jaivin you will find a cure
Everything about you is very true
That's why everyone loves you
I wish you happiness and all the rest
