Requirements

Include:

  1. Applicants must have completed an approved orthopedic residency.
  2. For the 2026-2027 fellowship year, SCOI is participating in the Fellowship Match. All applications must be submitted via the San Francisco Match Web site at www.sfmatch.org. No applications should be mailed directly to SCOI.
    • Applications must include three letters of recommendation, one of those being from the Residency Program Director
  3. Interviews for the 2026-2027 year will be held in person on February 1, 2025.
